Regionhälsan is Region Blekinge's occupational health service and is facing an exciting phase of development. To meet future needs regarding working environment, health, and rehabilitation, we are developing our working methods, strengthening our collaborations, and continuing to be a key strategic resource for Region Blekinge's operations.

As an independent expert resource, we work to create sustainable workplaces and contribute to healthy and well-being employees. Regionhälsan is a county-wide operation with 16 employees across nine different professions, operating in both Karlskrona and Karlshamn.

About the Job

As a medical secretary at Regionhälsan, you have a central and important role in the operation. You work closely with other professions and contribute to creating efficient administrative processes that support our work with health, working environment, and rehabilitation.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Documentation in the Asynja medical record system
• Standard secretarial duties
• Invoice management
• Administration of quality documents
• Administrative support to the various professional groups within the operation
• Web coordinator for our internal and external websites
• Telephone, mail, and internal referrals
• Documentation in internal and external meetings

The position is based in Karlskrona, with two days of work in Karlshamn.

About You

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary with a strong interest in administration in various forms, have good knowledge of the Swedish language as well as medical terminology.

To thrive with us, we see that you are a positive and service-oriented person who appreciates collaboration and good relationships. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, have a good ability to organize and prioritize your tasks, and are willing to take initiative when needed.
