We are now looking for a secure and responsible female personal assistant for awake night shifts with a 16-year-old boy with epilepsy and autism. The boy lives with his parents and sister in a house in Gråbo, Lerum Municipality. We are looking for someone who can initially work 1 night/week, which will subsequently become a substitute position of 3 nights/week.

You will become an important part of creating a calm, safe, and stable night environment for the boy. We are looking for you who are calm, perceptive, and responsible. You have the ability to act securely in acute situations and can work independently during night shifts.

About the position

• Position: Substitute, approx. 80%

• Working hours: 21:30–08:00 (awake night)

• Scope: approx. three nights per week

• Start: according to agreement

Responsibilities

• Supervision and support during the night

• Handling and follow-up of epileptic seizures

• Create security and structure

• Documentation according to routines

• Simple practical tasks if needed

• Morning routines before school

Qualifications

• Experience working with epilepsy and autism (required)

• Good knowledge of low-arousal approach

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing (required)

• Category B driver's license (required)

• Experience working within LSS (Swedish Social Services for people with disabilities) is meritorious
