Personal Assistants Wanted for Young Man in Solna

I am a young man with a spinal cord injury, and I am currently looking for two personal assistants to join my team. These positions are suitable for those who wish to work on a fixed schedule as well as those who want to step in when needed.

As a personal assistant, you will be a support in my daily life and help with tasks that I cannot perform myself. The work includes personal care, transfers, household chores, and accompanying me to various activities.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, empathetic, and reliable
• Has a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Can work independently and take initiative when necessary
• Speaks and understands Swedish
• Experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not a requirement

I live in Solna and would prefer that you also live in the surrounding area, as this makes it easier for last-minute call-ins.

The most important thing for me is that we get along and that you have a genuine interest in working with people.

We have offices in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Stockholm, Östersund, and Umeå. Our goal is for our customers to live as independent a life as possible. We have collective agreements with Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants. Holiday pay, shift allowances, and other salary supplements are added according to the agreement. We also offer an annual wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK, workplace coffee breaks, and other benefits.
