Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is personally suitable for the role. You are responsible, empathetic, and responsive, and confident in your role. You are punctual and structured but also flexible to cover shifts when needed. You take initiative both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Good physical fitness and a positive attitude are advantageous. Chemistry between you and the client is central for the work to function well.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes personal care, support in daily activities, accompanying on leisure activities, and support in work or day activities. Tasks may also include assistance with physiotherapy, simpler medical tasks after completed training, and support in communication using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) if needed. You work both alone and together with colleagues depending on the situation.

Requirements and Merits

• A driver's license is required (as the assignment may involve transportation)
• Good Swedish skills in speech and writing are required
• Experience with clarifying pedagogy and AAC is advantageous
• BankID is required, and you must agree to use it in the job

About the Employment

The employment can be permanent or hourly, depending on the nature of the assignment. Please specify in your application if you are applying for full-time or part-time, and if you are available for evening, weekend, and on-call shifts. We offer a fixed hourly rate by agreement, and other compensations follow the collective agreement. Start date by agreement.

About the Recruitment
