We are now looking for a highly skilled excavator operator who wants to become an important part of our team. Here, you will work on varied projects within earthworks, foundations, drainage, fine grading, and construction – but also be a team player who jumps in where needed.

About the role

You will primarily work as an excavator operator in our earthworks projects. However, we are looking for someone with the right attitude who understands that in a growing company, everyone helps out. When things are quieter within earthworks, you will also support our construction projects together with the team at Brame Bygg.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly skilled behind the controls
• Can plan work independently and read ground levels
• Has experience with excavation, drainage, foundation work, and fine grading
• Is solution-oriented and takes responsibility
• Is humble and helps out where needed
• Thrives in a smaller company with high tempo and strong drive
• Has a B-driver's license (BE is a plus)
• Has a machine operator certificate

Extra bonus if you:

• Can operate laser/GPS control systems
• Have experience in construction work
• Can operate other machinery or trucks
• Want to help develop our earthworks division long-term
