In addition to the local assignment, you will be part of a support pedagogue team together with two colleagues from all six psychiatric units within the operational area. The team works jointly on issues that require unit-wide coordination, such as method development, competence-enhancing measures, and common routines. You will also be part of a city-wide support pedagogue network, where the focus is on knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and strengthening the pedagogical mission in the city as a whole. Working hours are during daytime Monday to Friday.
