As an insurance advisor in Borgholm, you work with meeting and serving our customers both through personal visits at the office and via our digital channels. A large part of your daily routine involves receiving customers who visit us physically, where you help them find the right insurance solutions based on their needs with attentiveness and engagement. At the same time, you have daily contact with both existing and prospective private customers on our digital platforms, allowing you to quickly and smoothly provide advice, answer questions, and convey our products.
Your mission is to create a secure and positive customer experience, whether the meeting takes place in person in Borgholm or digitally. To thrive in the role of insurance advisor, you need to be able to work both independently and in a team to best help the customer who calls or visits the office. Periodically, we have high pressure on the phone, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the work pace increases. You communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well. You also need to be comfortable working in various IT systems and digital tools.

The position is a 100% temporary assignment located at our office in Borgholm. Start date is by agreement, but as soon as possible.
