The Role

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in project management within the public sector (state and municipal operations). The ideal candidate has a documented history of successfully driving and completing projects within the public sector. You will be the key person in leading and implementing IT initiatives to support our state and municipal partners. As a project manager, you play a central role in the various phases of the project. Through your leadership, you will plan and drive projects forward while ensuring the delivery of the highest quality, according to schedule and budget. You are responsible for leading the development of goals and strategies, ensuring progress towards the desired outcome, and supporting key stakeholders in change initiatives. As the key contact for the project's stakeholders, including authorities and collaboration partners, you will contribute to the journey towards digitizing our society.

Experience

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest and understanding of IT and technology. You are skilled at finding creative solutions to get things done efficiently. Taking ownership, having structure, and being efficient in your work are second nature to you. Furthermore, you motivate your team by being a communicative, pedagogical, and unpretentious leader who spreads positive energy.

• At least 9 years of experience in the role of IT Project Manager.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience working within the public sector.
• Current documented experience in independently driving larger IT projects.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• University degree or other relevant education.
