Landskrona is located on Skåne's west coast with good commuting possibilities from Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg. Vårdcentralen Centrum is located on the hospital campus in modern and well-functioning premises where large parts of the operations are gathered under one roof.

We are a unit in constant development with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of Skåne's largest health centers. Here, an engaged cross-professional team works, consisting of specialist doctors, ST-doctors, nurses, district nurses, assistant nurses, social workers, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians.

Our operations are broad and varied; we are linked to three special housing facilities (SÄBO), a family center, a BVC branch in Häljarp, and have a branch operation on Ven. This gives you as a doctor a varied workday and good opportunities to work with different patient groups and forms of care.

2 Positions Available

Job Description

We are now welcoming two specialists to us at Vårdcentralen Centrum! Here, you are offered a broad and varied job within general medicine. You work with both planned and acute reception as well as investigation and follow-up of patients.

The work also includes collaboration with external and internal actors such as the municipality's nurses and hospitals, for example through SIP and home visits. You may also work with our special housing facilities, family center, or branch operations.

You have your own patient list where you are the responsible doctor, with a patient load cap that contributes to a sustainable workload.

Furthermore included:

• Mentoring of ST-doctors and colleagues
• Active participation in the business's development work
• Opportunity to develop own areas of responsibility or interest

We offer allocated time for competence development and are sensitive to your wishes regarding schedules and professional development.

Qualifications

You who apply are a licensed doctor with specialist competence in general medicine and eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement.

It is meritorious if you have experience of working within primary care, municipal collaboration, or work with special housing facilities. Furthermore, we would like you to have an interest in SÄBO and BHV (Child Health Care).

As a person, you are secure in your professional role, have good cooperation skills, and a professional approach. You work systematically, have good prioritization skills, and can make independent decisions. We also see that you are engaged in development work and want to contribute to driving the business forward. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
