Curious Care Assistant for Multisick Client in the Countryside

We are now looking for a new care assistant who is curious about the profession and wants to develop! I am multisick with dominant pain issues. The condition is unpredictable, meaning I sometimes need assistance with everything and at other times I am relatively independent.

I live in the countryside and spend a lot of time outdoors. I love carpentry, chopping wood, going on outings, and enjoying music.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is mature, confident, empathetic, positive, and without pretension. It is certainly an advantage if you have previous experience in the profession, but it is not a requirement. You will receive a basic course for the role as well as further education. We are a well-functioning team with an open atmosphere where we support each other.

To apply, you need a driver's license for manual transmission, and you must speak, understand, and write very good Swedish. Since we have pets, you must be comfortable with animals.

The position is for 20 hours per week and includes both day and night shifts. A major advantage is if you can step in for extra shifts when needed.
