About Nova Education, R&D & Business Development

Nova's main task is to contribute to sustainable regional growth and increased competitiveness within business and the public sector to secure and increase employment. This is achieved by working at the interface between academia, business, and public operations, as well as towards the general public in the form of education, research, innovation, and business development. Job Responsibilities

As a coordinator within our education sector, you will be part of a team with other education coordinators and work with both university and university college programs as well as commissioned training.

You will work with some of Nova's educational programs, which includes driving the development of the programs and their courses, managing contact with teachers and potential universities/university colleges, writing applications to the Swedish University of Applied Sciences, and handling the overall administration of the education.

The role also involves participating in the marketing of Nova's educational programs, for example through social media posts, attending education fairs, and visiting schools.

Qualifications

You should have:

• A relevant post-secondary degree.
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to treat everyone with respect.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and carry out work independently.
• The ability to adapt to new conditions when necessary.
• Good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working with post-secondary education.
• Experience collaborating with public and private (education providers) actors.
• Experience with funding applications.
• Experience with systems used in distance education.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date 2026-08-24, end date 2027-09-30. Start date according to agreement.
