Lindgårdsskolan F-6 is a private school run by the Västanfors Västervåla parish, Church of Sweden in Fagersta, with approximately 170 students. Job Description

We are looking for you who hold a teaching license, are professional, and engaged in your interactions with students. You have clear leadership in the classroom, are solution-focused, collaborate easily, and build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. A language-developing approach and experience working with accessible learning environments are meritorious. Your teaching is based on scientific grounds. In our work team, we collaborate regarding all students, as well as safety and study environment.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability, leadership qualities, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate in a team. We have a lead teacher in mathematics and one in language development who, together with the work team and subject teachers, work to develop teaching.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date in connection with the beginning of the autumn term 2026, or as agreed.

We offer a 40-hour work week, holiday pay service, and free days.
