100% Project-based Position as Team Leader for a Social Enterprise in Malmö.
Stilla-Koncernen Economic Association has operated Vindstilla Café & Meeting Place since autumn 2012.
Vindstilla Café & Meeting Place operates from two locations in Malmö and one in Lund. Our units offer breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, and catering services. In addition to our café operations, we also have staff members working with gardening, and soon also painting services.
The purpose of Stilla-Koncernen is to facilitate the return to working life for people with mental health issues who have had difficulty establishing themselves on the open labor market. We maintain close contact with Fontänhuset Malmö, which works with psychosocial work rehabilitation, and we primarily hire our staff from Fontänhuset Malmö. We offer work training opportunities, internships, and employment for individuals with mental health challenges, meeting them where they are. Our goal is to create a workplace that not only provides income but also supports the individual in their integration and personal development.
Your Responsibilities
As a project-based employee, you will have a leadership role in the operations at Vindstilla – Café & Meeting Place, working together with the staff and the Operations Manager. There is an Operations Manager in the company who works on a strategic level but is also present in daily operations. You will work as a team leader based at one of our units, but you may also work at other units within the association as needed and by agreement.
Qualifications
You should have a relevant university degree in behavioral sciences, social work, occupational therapy, career counseling, or a similar field.
You should have:
- Knowledge and experience working with people with mental disabilities
- Knowledge of the Swedish social insurance system
- Knowledge of social entrepreneurship (preferred)
- Experience dealing with public authorities
- Leadership qualities
- Knowledge and experience working in café and restaurant operations

Additional Information
Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Having a B-class driver's license and a car is a merit, but not a requirement.
