About the job

In this role, you will become a key person in ensuring high quality both into and out of our production. You will drive and develop quality assurance through close collaboration with our suppliers, internal functions, and our customers. With your technical understanding and structured approach, you will create stable processes, minimize disruptions, and contribute to ensuring our products maintain the right quality from the first delivery to the end customer.

As a Quality Technician, you own quality issues throughout the flow. In the event of deviations, you lead the investigation, identify the root cause, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions. You work cross-functionally and use established quality tools to create both fast and sustainable solutions. In case of customer complaints, you drive the analysis and communicate clear actions with a focus on quality and short lead times.

You play a central role in the dialogue with suppliers, customers, and authorities, representing both the customer's and production's perspectives. Through good process knowledge, you actively contribute to improvement work and the development of our working methods. You naturally join cross-functional groups and often lead them towards common goals.

Education and Experience:

• Technical education, or alternatively documented multi-year experience in quality work within the industry
• At least 2 years of independent work as a Quality Technician in manufacturing industry
• Experience in quality work in a production environment, including deviation management, root cause analysis, and development of corrective/preventive actions
• Experience working with supplier quality, including follow-up, dialogue, and requirement setting
• Experience with ERP systems, case management systems, and drawing systems, as well as good knowledge of the Office suite

We also value:

• Experience with customer complaints and leading investigations, as well as communicating actions externally
• Good knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC) and cross-functional improvement work
• Experience with environmental and occupational health and safety work

You are a structured and solution-oriented Quality Technician who can prioritize and keep the pace even when multiple issues arise simultaneously. With your social competence and clear communication, you build good relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You naturally take the lead in cross-functional investigations and drive the work forward with a focus on quality and results. In a rapidly changing industry, you adapt quickly and act with good judgment even under pressure.
