As a Production Planner, you step into a role where you will work close to the core of the business: creating structure, balance, and momentum in a complex production environment. You will become a key part of the work with forecasting, planning, and monitoring production, with many contact points towards project planning, the supply chain, and various functions within production.

This role suits you if you enjoy understanding the big picture while also being able to work meticulously with details. You will help develop processes and working methods within production planning, identify dependencies between different parts of the business, and contribute to a more efficient and predictable production flow. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine analysis, coordination, and improvement work in an industrial environment.

• You create and manage production plans with a focus on high efficiency and a stable flow in production.
• You monitor, optimize, and adjust plans based on changed conditions and needs.
• You coordinate planning with project management, production management, material supply, and logistics.
• You analyze capacity and identify potential future bottlenecks in machinery and staffing.
• You develop and improve methods, processes, and working practices within production planning and logistics.
• You contribute structure and a holistic view at the interface between planning, delivery, and production.

• You have a university degree or equivalent.
• You have great commitment, good structure, and the ability to see connections in logical flows.
• You have a university, vocational (YH), or higher vocational (KY) degree in production planning or equivalent, and/or several years of work experience from similar tasks.
• You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Work experience from a similar role.
• Knowledge or experience working with MPS/ERP and MS Office.
• Knowledge or experience of Lean Production, Six Sigma, and/or WCM.
• Experience working in production, preferably from larger industrial companies.
