Your team

You are part of the Safety and Quality unit, where specialists in information security, quality, data protection, physical security, and preparedness are gathered. The group has high competence and good collaboration, but is simultaneously in a development phase where working methods and structures are still being built up. The role involves many contact surfaces and close collaboration with operations, management, and external actors.

Your role

As Safety Coordinator, you have coordinating responsibility for Sysav's work within risk, crisis, and continuity. You drive the development of processes, working methods, and control that strengthen the organization's resilience and ability to handle disruptions, crises, and heightened preparedness.

Your main tasks include:

• leading, coordinating, developing, and following up on work within risk, crisis, and continuity management
• supporting operations in identifying critical processes and ensuring continuity
• strengthening Sysav's resilience and contributing to a robust and resilient operation
• coordinating overall risk management and ensuring a systematic working method
• developing and implementing governing and supporting documents, processes, and tools
• planning, conducting, and following up on exercises for the crisis management organization
• developing training plans and contributing to increased safety awareness
• collaborating with authorities, industry actors, and other external parties
• participating in and driving development projects and supporting procurement within safety and preparedness

Important experience

• post-secondary education in areas such as risk, crisis preparedness, continuity planning, or equivalent, or equivalent experience
• several years of experience working with risk management, crisis preparedness, and/or continuity planning, as well as total defense/civil defense
• experience coordinating, leading, or driving work across several functions
• experience developing control, processes, and working methods
• very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience from socially critical operations or the public sector. We also appreciate that you have knowledge of security protection or other relevant regulations, as well as experience in project management and collaboration with authorities.
