About the role

In the role of Operations Coordinator, you will have a varied daily routine with significant autonomy. You will be responsible for the entire chain from the moment a customer order is received, through material purchasing and production planning, all the way to final delivery. You will work closely with both external suppliers and internal teams to ensure the highest possible delivery precision.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are divided into three main areas

Order Management

  • Review and register customer orders daily, ensuring that prices and data in the system match the customer's purchase order
  • Act as a project manager for the order flow and confirm delivery dates to the customer
  • Identify needs for configurations or adjustments and ensure these can be completed on time

Planning & Delivery

  • Plan and book internal resources to build, test, or customize products
  • Manage internal work orders and ensure materials are available at the right time
  • Work independently in the MRP system with inventory movements, serial numbers, and inbound/outbound deliveries

Operational Purchasing

  • Place purchase orders (PO) with established suppliers, focusing on third-party components
  • Ensure delivery precision through active follow-up and expectation management with suppliers
  • Own and update supplier data in Odoo (prices, lead times, CoGS, and product data)

We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous work experience
  • A completed post-secondary education in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • A good understanding of how the logistical flow in a business is systematically connected
  • The ability to understand the economic consequences of operational decisions
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as the role involves daily contact with international partners
  • A basic technical interest and a desire to understand products and technology at a functional level
  • The ability to familiarize yourself with new business systems
  • Strong self-leadership, is self-motivated, and is a team player with coordinating skills

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in similar roles within Supply Chain
  • Previous experience working in an ERP/MRP system (e.g., Odoo)
  • Knowledge of German
