We are looking for a Business Developer who wants to drive and develop our fuel planning, a central function for ensuring stable operations and optimizing our facility. The role combines operational responsibility with analysis and development. Here you have the privilege of influencing daily operations while contributing to long-term improvements.

Your team
You belong to the Process and Technology Optimization unit within the Energy Department. The team works on developing the facility's performance through projects, analyses, and improvement work. There is a strong team spirit with good opportunities for knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Your role
As a Business Developer focusing on fuel planning, you are responsible for planning and managing waste flows in close collaboration with the operation of the combined heat and power plant and Sysav's other departments. The role combines operational work with the analysis of data regarding fuel, logistics, and facility performance.

You have a coordinating function in energy-related waste issues and collaborate closely with operations and other functions. The role also includes participating in or leading projects and investigations to develop operations and strengthen the facility's efficiency.

Important experience

• Post-secondary education in natural sciences or engineering
• Work experience: You can be a recent graduate with summer job experience or have worked for a few years.
• Good ability and experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data with multiple error sources
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, specifically Excel

Meritorious

• Experience in improvement work – either practical and/or through certification
• Experience from the energy sector, combined heat and power competence, or the waste treatment industry
