Temporary Position / Summer Vacancy: Residential Support Worker at LSS Group Home in Sollebrunn

Adonia Omsorg, together with its sister company Steget Vidare, has extensive experience in care work. We are an established company in Västra Götaland offering services such as supported housing, residential care homes (HVB), and foster homes. Our operations are expanding purposefully: following the successful launch of our first group home in 2025, we are now preparing to open the next unit, Korngatan, and launching our own day activities. Our vision is to create a strong knowledge cluster in Alingsås Municipality. Through collaboration and shared expertise across our locations, we strengthen our ability to successfully carry out even the most complex assignments.

About the role at Erskavägen

At the group home on Erskavägen, consisting of six apartments, we welcome individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, or autism-like conditions. The facility is staffed 24/7, meaning working hours include days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights.

To ensure high quality in care, we value relevant experience. Knowledge and experience in working with challenging behavior, self-harm issues, and substance abuse are highly valued.
