Do you want to work with software baselines, release decisions, and quality in a complex automotive environment? Here you will play a key role in ensuring stable and approved deliveries.

You will have a central role in working with software baselines and release management in a large and complex automotive environment. You contribute to ensuring quality, traceability, and approved deliveries throughout the entire development process.

About the role

• Responsible for defining, creating, maintaining, and releasing software baselines.
• Ensure that baselines have the correct status regarding functionality, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive release decisions and documentation together with relevant stakeholders.
• Improve methods and tools related to software deliveries and approvals.

What you will do

• Prepare materials for release decisions, including release notes and verification results.
• Lead release forums and ensure correct approval of baselines.
• Quality-assure documentation for software baselines and included deliveries.
• Follow up on software releases through test, verification, and production flows.
• Support delivery teams and communicate status to relevant parties.

We are looking for someone who has

• A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in embedded HW/SW development within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of software configuration and release management.
• Understanding of software production and aftermarket management.
• A structured approach and good ability to handle complex documentation.
