We are now looking for an Account Manager in Gothenburg who wants to create new business within automation, AI, and integration. This is a role for you who likes to open doors, understand what truly causes friction for the customer, and drive the dialogue from initial insight to decision.

What you will do

You work in the borderland between business and technology, where many organizations currently need help gaining control, momentum, and structure in their digitalization.

• Build new business from the ground up.
• Identify and qualify new customer opportunities.
• Drive dialogue with senior-level decision-makers.
• Connect technology, automation, and AI to concrete business value.
• Help customers see new ways forward, even when the solution is not obvious from the start.

What you sell is not about individual systems. It is about helping customers automate processes, integrate complex system landscapes, and create smarter flows that make a real difference.

Who we think you are

You identify with a Challenger approach to sales. You are not satisfied with the surface, but want to understand what is actually causing friction. You dare to challenge the customer's perspective, but do so with respect, curiosity, and sharpness.

We believe you have:

• Experience in B2B sales within IT, SaaS, automation, integration, or development.
• Experience working with larger customers and complex decision-making processes.
• Ability to build trust early in the customer dialogue.
• Drive to build pipeline, maintain pace, and push the business forward.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
