You will work with invoices, deliveries, and follow-up in several systems. Job Description
In the role of Delivery Administrator, you work with daily administration related to delivery flows and economy. You handle supplier invoices in Medius through allocation and follow-up. You approve requisitions continuously throughout the day and ensure that processes run smoothly without interruption.
You perform checks on customer deliveries in Scrive and Tacdis the day after delivery, as well as conducting post-checks in Bilvision and Tacdis. You pick up cases from ownership change monitoring via FreshDesk and create stock items for batch vehicles.
The work also includes payments for new cars, daily mail handling, and registration of reports. You follow up on unloaned and returned agreements weekly and ensure that reminders are sent out on time. You are also responsible for following up on invoiced dealer cars.
You work in several systems simultaneously and have contact with different internal functions.
Who fits the role?
We are looking for you who have experience in administrative work where attention to detail and structure are important.
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of work in administration or economy
- Work with invoice handling or similar tasks
- Capable of handling a high pace combined with attention to detail
Education
- High school education, preferably within economy or administration
Languages
- Swedish in speech and writing
- Basic English
Personal qualities
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Responsible and self-initiating
- Thrives with routine work and clear processes
Merits
- Experience with systems such as Tacdis, Scrive, Medius, Kompis, or Simba
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience working with delivery flows or registrations
