We are currently looking for an experienced Air Freight Forwarder for a contract position with a client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be a vital part of the air logistics flow, working in a broad and autonomous position with significant responsibility. You will handle multiple parallel cases and play a central role in ensuring efficient and quality-assured transport in an environment where the pace is sometimes high. Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination, and execution of air freight shipments
• Booking and continuous follow-up of consignments
• Daily contact with customers, airlines, agents, and other partners
• Preparation, review, and handling of transport and freight documents
• Ensuring deliveries according to agreements, timeframes, and regulations
• Handling discrepancies and exceptions

• Scope: Full-time, long-term
• Employment type: Consulting contract with potential for direct hire
• Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in air freight or international air forwarding
• Is accustomed to working independently and taking significant personal responsibility
• Is resilient under pressure, detail-oriented, and service-minded
• Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Is proficient in relevant systems, preferably Cargowise
