Coop Andra Långgatan is a well-established and appreciated store with a good assortment and a clear ecological profile. Our opening hours are Mon–Fri 8–21, Sat 8–20, and Sun 10–20 to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store currently has about 10 employees and several casual workers.
As ST Store Manager (Second-in-Command Store Manager), you are responsible for all areas of the store within the mechanical customer interaction, where you drive issues and activities based on maximizing NKI (Net Customer Index).
You have full personnel responsibility and achieve your goals through your employees' performance. You are a skilled communicator who leads, coaches, engages, and follows up on your employees based on common working methods. The main goal of the position is to strengthen the customer experience and ensure that we constantly strive to streamline processes in the store that lead to "Full, Fresh, and Fronted".
Your role includes workforce leadership during the store's various opening hours. The work is physically demanding. It is highly meritorious if you have experience working with team picking, online orders, and fresh goods in your previous retail experience. Your duties include:
- Responsible for setting and following up on goals with action plans
- Work on continuous improvements of processes for example Team Picking, CAO, and minimizing FYS
- Responsible for the store's sales planning
- Responsible for efficient staffing for the goods flow processes in the store
- General store work and workforce leadership

You are part of the store's management group and thus have overall responsibility for the store's results. In the management group, you primarily drive development and activities in the store. You report to the Store Manager.
The assignment includes, and it may also become relevant, to cover for the Store Manager during short absences such as illness or vacation, which implies overall responsibility for the store.

Education:
- High school education is a requirement
- Post-secondary education is meritorious
Experience/Special Competence:
- The position requires broad experience and competence from grocery retail
- The position requires documented experience of leading employees
- The position requires documented good results in business with own profit responsibility
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, in speech and writing, is a requirement.
