The Role

Implementation and further development of a new case management system. The focus is on configuring, adapting, and optimizing the solution based on the business's needs. The consultant will work closely with project managers and the business to define requirements, configuration, adaptation, participate in dialogues, and contribute expert knowledge throughout the implementation process.

Job Description

In this role, the consultant will:

• Participate in workshops with the business and contribute specialist expertise in case management.
• Identify and document the business's requirements and needs related to the solution in consultation with project managers.
• Configure and adapt the case management system according to the business's processes.
• Design and implement process flows and automations as needed.
• Work on setting up processes for, among other things, Service Requests and Incident Management.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and business representatives to ensure the solution supports the business's goals.
• Provide recommendations regarding best practices and future development opportunities.

There is also an opportunity for the consultant to be involved in related projects and initiatives within the area.

Competencies:

• Documented experience working with case management systems such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Experience in configuring and adapting case management systems.
• Experience working with requirements in close collaboration with project managers and the business.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with new systems, processes, and business needs.
• Experience actively participating in workshops with the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with case management related to GDPR and HR processes.
• Experience with password management and related processes.
• Experience with Freshservice (Freshworks).
• Previous work with implementing and setting up service management processes.
