In this role, you work as a consultant at the client's site and are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient IT operations. You are part of a team working with both daily management and improvement of the IT environment.

• Work with the operation and management of systems and platforms
• Be part of the client's IT organization and collaborate with other teams
• Ensure high availability and performance in systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the IT environment

Your responsibilities include both operational management and improvement work. You work with troubleshooting, installation, and optimization of systems, and contribute to long-term solutions.

• Administer and maintain servers and system environments
• Monitor operations, identify, and resolve incidents
• Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications
• Work with user and permission administration
• Ensure backup, recovery, and security measures
• Document solutions and routines
• Participate in projects and change management

To succeed in the role, you are a technically skilled and structured system administrator with experience from operational environments in larger organizations.

• Experience in system administration (Windows and/or Linux)
• Experience in server operations and infrastructure services
• Good knowledge of Active Directory or equivalent
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with ITSM tools and case management
• Good skills in Swedish and English

It is meritorious if you have experience with modern technologies and automated environments.

• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Experience with container technology
• Experience with security work in IT operations
• Experience from larger organizations or complex environments
