We work based on a clear and stated value base, and our main driving force is to create the best conditions for individualized personal assistance based on each person's unique needs. Särnmark today has over 3,500 employees, and our customers and employees are located throughout Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters are located in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for you who want to make a difference in a child's life and at the same time become an important part of our team around a four-year-old girl.

Our customer is a happy and lovely girl who needs support in her daily life. She is non-verbal, receives food via PEG, needs help with medication, transfers, and breathing support at night. Just as important is that you want to help create a safe, stimulating, and playful daily life for her.

We are looking for you who:

• Are responsible and have a high work ethic
• Are secure, sensitive, and engaged
• Want to learn and develop in the role

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement – personality, engagement, and the desire to do a good job weigh the heaviest. You will receive the introduction and training needed.

The work includes both day, evening, and night shifts.
