We are now expanding with more care beds and therefore need more staff!
Take the opportunity to work together with us in a team to provide safe and secure care for our patients!
As a nursing assistant, you will participate in pre- and postoperative treatment and care of patients, both in elective and acute surgery. Our three care wards have good cooperation and help each other during holidays and absence. We also have close cooperation with the clinic's stoma therapist and breast nurses, as well as with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dietitians. At our workplace, working days are exciting and varied; we apply individual scheduling that gives you the opportunity to vary your shifts (day/evening/night and weekends).
About You
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and have proof of a protected professional title. We would appreciate it if you had experience in close care work, but this is not a requirement. Teamwork is important to us, and we expect you to have good collaboration skills, be comfortable meeting people, and value diversity. In your interactions with patients and relatives, you are calm, attentive, and accommodating. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Interviews and appointments are made on an ongoing basis, so do not wait with your application! Start date September 1st or as agreed.
