RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Temporary Staff Coordinator, you, together with your colleagues, have overall responsibility for planning temporary staffing for all units within ÄO and OF, both in the short and long term. Your main tasks are to appoint temporary staff and pool personnel during work peaks and short-term absences.

In practice, this means that you are responsible daily for contacting temporary staff in case of urgent needs, rescheduling and moving temporary staff and pool personnel, and booking in temporary staff who wish to work shifts through our vacancy system. The Staffing Unit is gathered in an office landscape, and as a Temporary Staff Coordinator, your working hours are scheduled during daytime, all days of the week.

You participate actively in the planning, steering, and development of the operations so that we can achieve our goals and be a modern organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to have previous experience of administrative work, preferably within staffing or other qualified administrative tasks. We prefer that you have experience from care and nursing work. If you also have experience with Visma, Excel, Outlook, and Medvind, we consider it an advantage. Something else that is advantageous is if you have logistical thinking and knowledge of the Working Hours Act.

As a Temporary Staff Coordinator, you will have ongoing contact with temporary staff, employees, and managers. Therefore, it is important that you are good at creating and maintaining good relationships, have a high level of service ability, and a pleasant manner. The workload will vary, so it is important that you are calm and stable in stressful situations and maintain focus on the right things under pressure.

As a person, you are hardworking, stable, secure, and solution-focused. You want to develop your competence in accordance with the organization's requirements. Crucial for us is that you are professional, responsive, and communicative, and create a functioning collaboration with colleagues and customers.
