Are you a solution-oriented IT technician who thrives with both technology and people? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented IT technician to join our group-wide support function. You will be a key part of our IT department, providing support to our subsidiaries, with a focus on developing and ensuring a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment.

• Daily operation and monitoring of Microsoft 365, networks, servers, and endpoints.

• User support within the group.

• Troubleshooting and incident management.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

• Participation in projects for implementing new IT solutions and upgrades.

• Develop and document routines, checklists, and operational instructions.

• Collaborate with external vendors for service agreements, support, and security solutions.

• Relevant IT education or equivalent work experience of at least 3 years.

• Experience troubleshooting in client, network, and system environments.

• Experience in cybersecurity.

• Experience with case management systems and support tools.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

• Service-oriented with a user focus.

• Driven, proactive, and responsible.

• A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and supporting colleagues.

• Positive and thrives in a changing, fast-paced organization.
