As a Quality Engineer (QA) at AutomationsPartner, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our advanced automation solutions meet the highest standards within the Life Science industry. We are now looking for a Quality Engineer - QA in Machine Projects who wants to become a specialist in our customer projects and drive work related to validation, documentation, and regulatory compliance. With us, you will have a key role in close collaboration with both internal engineering teams and project managers, as well as international customers.

About the Role

In the role of Quality Engineer, you ensure the quality of our automation solutions from the initial requirements phase to final delivery. Since you are involved in several parallel projects, high demands are placed on good structure, prioritization skills, and flexibility. The role encompasses both strategic and operational work with a focus on validation, documentation, traceability, and ensuring we always stay ahead of current laws and standards.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Review customer requirements and contribute expertise prior to negotiating new business.
• Participate in and lead QA activities throughout all phases of the project.
• Write, review, and manage test protocols (FAT/SAT) for customer-specific machines.
• Perform validations according to relevant standards (e.g., GAMP, GMP, ISO).
• Coordinate CE marking, risk analyses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Create technical documentation such as manuals and traceability matrices.

We are looking for someone who...

...is a communicative and analytical person with strong self-leadership. You have a natural ability to understand and translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation, both in Swedish and English. As a person, you are confident, structured, and have the ability to prioritize correctly in dynamic project environments. You enjoy combining strategy with careful documentation work, while contributing to an open and non-hierarchical collaborative climate.

We would appreciate if you have:

• A university degree in engineering or other relevant technical/scientific education (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in quality and validation work within the industry, with a strong preference for medical technology or pharmaceuticals (Life Science).
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GAMP 5, GMP).
• A structured and meticulous work approach with a focus on documentation.
• Very good communication skills in both speech and writing, in Swedish and English.
• Business drive and experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
