We are now looking for dedicated counselors for a flexible part-time job in primary schools in Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika

About the assignment

Bemannia is an authorized staffing company with 35 years of experience in staffing and recruitment. We currently have agreements with, among others, Borlänge, Hedemora, and Ludvika to support their municipal primary schools and upper secondary schools with dedicated substitutes.

Your responsibilities

In the role of a counselor, you handle psychosocial investigations and assessments of students, conduct individual support conversations and crisis interventions, provide supervision and consultation to educational staff, contribute to the student health team with psychosocial competence, and work preventively and health-promotingly at the organizational and group levels. If necessary, you will also report to social services and collaborate with external actors (e.g., Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, social services).

Your qualifications

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent higher education.
• At least 2 years of work experience in similar roles.
• You must be able to work at least two weekdays per week and be comfortable with being booked for shifts on the same morning.
