As a Project Manager, you will be the hub of the project team and responsible for all aspects of the project – from planning and resource allocation to technical coordination, quality assurance, and delivery. You will work closely with both customers and colleagues to ensure that solutions always meet the highest quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the project team and take overall responsibility for the project's planning, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Ensure that solutions meet customer requirements and act as the central contact for both internal specialists and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with an advisory, business-oriented approach
• Responsible for quality assurance and documentation according to medical technology requirements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management towards external customers, preferably within mechanical engineering or industrial automation
• Technical university degree or equivalent experience
• Structured and accustomed to taking overall responsibility for all parts of a project
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Experience from regulated industries, such as MedTech or Life Science
