We are now looking for an interim HR Business Partner who wants to take an active role in supporting managers and employees in a changing business. This role is suitable for you if you thrive close to the operations, are confident in both operational and strategic HR matters, and want to contribute to structure, clarity, and progress.

As an HR Business Partner, you will become an important partner to the managers and a support in matters concerning people, organization, work environment, and leadership. You will step into an assignment where HR plays a central role in creating effective working methods, supporting change initiatives, and contributing to a stable and development-oriented organization.

The assignment is located in Rundvik, in Nordmaling Municipality, with a larger employer with approximately 150 employees and strong local anchoring.

About the Position

The assignment starts as soon as possible and initially concerns an interim solution for approximately six months. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for a permanent position.

As an interim HR Business Partner, you work broadly and close to the operations with HR matters. You support managers in both daily personnel issues and more long-term processes related to organization, competence, work environment, and change. The role implies that you are present in the operations and contribute with advice, structure, and progress in matters affecting both people and the organization.

You will enter a stage where the operations need secure, clear, and present HR support. The focus is on creating structure in HR work, supporting leadership, and ensuring that processes and working methods function in practice.

You work independently in the role, but also have support from the HR Director and HR colleagues within the organization.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a close and consultative HR support to managers in matters concerning leadership, labor law, rehabilitation, work environment, and personnel cases
  • Support managers in employee matters and change initiatives
  • Drive and participate in negotiations, union cooperation, and labor law processes
  • Work with rehabilitation cases, follow-ups, and preventive measures
  • Contribute to the development of the organization, working methods, and HR processes based on operational needs
  • Drive and participate in HR projects related to, for example, competence supply, leadership, work environment, and change
  • Support the operations in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new employees
  • Work with employee development, competence development, and succession planning
  • Ensure that HR processes, guidelines, and working methods function in practice
  • Be a support in change initiatives and contribute to clarity, structure, and good communication
  • Follow up, analyze, and contribute with an HR perspective in matters affecting the organization's development and staffing

This is a role where you get to combine advice, structure, and operational understanding. You need to be confident in HR craftsmanship and at the same time have the ability to create trust, build relationships, and drive issues forward.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience of broad HR work and are confident in working close to managers and operations. You are used to handling both operational issues in everyday life and more long-term HR processes. You have a good understanding of how HR contributes to the development of the operations and thrive in a role where you get to be advisory, driving, and supportive.

We would like you to:

  • Have an academic education in HR or equivalent experience
  • Have experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR specialist in an operation-close role
  • Have good knowledge of HR processes, labor law, rehabilitation, and negotiation
  • Be used to supporting managers in personnel-related issues and change initiatives
  • Have experience of union cooperation and labor law processes
  • Be self-reliant and confident in making decisions within your area of responsibility
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
  • Have a B driver's license and good system skills

It is meritorious if you have experience from industry, production, or other operations with shift work, work environment issues, and close cooperation between HR and managers in daily operations.

As a person, you are secure, clear, and trustworthy. You are structured, solution-oriented, and unpretentious with a good ability to create trust and drive issues forward. You are receptive, operation-close, and professional in your way of acting.

You thrive in a role where you get to work close to the operations, be a support in complex issues, and contribute to functioning processes and sustainable leadership in everyday life. You have the ability to switch between the operational and the strategic and are motivated by creating value where the needs are.

About the Operations

The assignment is located with a larger employer in Rundvik, in Nordmaling Municipality. The operations have approximately 150 employees and are part of a larger group with a focus on sustainability, long-term development, and responsibility.

It is an operation with strong local anchoring and a daily life where cooperation, clarity, and responsibility are important parts to create stability and development. As an HR Business Partner, you get an important role in supporting managers and contributing to the continued development of the organization.

In this assignment, the customer cooperates with Poolia. The assignment is an interim assignment, which means that you will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant for the customer. As a consultant, you get the opportunity to quickly enter an operation, contribute with your competence, and make a difference in a clear assignment.

By your side, you have a consulting manager from Poolia who functions as a sounding board and support during the assignment. Naturally, your employment is covered by collective agreements, insurance, occupational pension, and occupational health care.

Selection and interviews take place continuously. We warmly welcome your application!
