About the role
In this role, you work to ensure that the handling of illegal waste takes place according to current regulations and procedures. The assignment is important for contributing to a safe and sustainable local environment and involves both administrative and operational elements. You will work to a large extent independently and have contact with various functions, where you follow up on cases, handle deviations, and document efforts in different systems.

Common tasks include:

• Control and patrolling of waste in the outdoor environment
• Registration and follow-up of cases in systems such as Infracontrol and Ciceron
• Handling of invoices, allocation, and work in the ERP financial system
• Preparation of police reports
• Staffing of functional email

The assignment runs between June 29 and October 2. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 06:30-16:00 and Fridays 06:30-12:00.

Your profile
We are looking for you who are responsible and have the ability to work independently. You pick up new information easily and thrive in a role where you need to be both meticulous and solution-oriented. Since the work involves contacts and documentation, it is important that you are communicative and clear in both speech and writing.

Furthermore, we are looking for you who have:

• Experience working with regulations and procedures regarding the handling of illegal waste
• Experience with the systems Infracontrol and Ciceron
• Experience with financial systems, including allocation and invoicing
• Experience preparing police reports
• Category B driver's license
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
• Experience working with functional email
• Good local knowledge of Södertälje

Meritorious is experience working with orders and assessments related to graffiti removal.
