Are you a meticulous and analytical Regulatory Compliance Specialist looking to work in a dynamic environment within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist Regulatory Compliance for an exciting consulting assignment in Stockholm.
About the role
In this role, you will be a key figure in ensuring that products comply with current legislation and regulatory requirements, both nationally and internationally. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and actively participate in projects related to product development, innovation, and launch.
You will contribute regulatory expertise and bring clarity to complex regulations, with a focus on areas such as REACH, CLP, and EU TPD.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Participate in product development, innovation, and launch projects
- Prepare and quality-assure documentation for product applications, notifications, and labeling
- Work within PLM systems and manage product data
- Act as an advisor on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders
We are looking for someone who
Has strong drive, high attention to detail, and thrives in a role where structure and analysis are crucial.
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Natural Sciences or a related field
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience working with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods)
- Experience with regulated products
Desirable qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in complex data environments
- Structured and detail-oriented with a high awareness of quality
About the assignment
- Start: As soon as possible
- Scope: Full-time (39 hours/week)
- Location: Stockholm
- Duration: 12 months, with a good possibility of extension
- Hybrid work option available (up to 2 days/week after the introductory period)
There is also a possibility of being offered permanent employment with the client in the long term.
