We are now looking for you! Join our team at Familjeläkarna Luthagen. We are a secure group of psychologists with over 15 years of combined primary care experience. At Familjeläkarna, we work based on Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH), which means that mental health is an integrated part of the primary healthcare center. To ensure our patients are cared for as efficiently as possible, we have no waiting lists or assessment interviews; instead, patients go directly to the staff working with mental health, ensuring good accessibility. Our way of working creates good conditions for cross-professional collaboration, which promotes a good work environment and makes the work more stimulating. We value that our patients receive care quickly and efficiently, which also provides opportunities for preventive work.

The IBH approach is focused and effective. Studies show that the vast majority of patients are helped after 1–4 visits, but the approach also allows for more visits for those who need it. We place great emphasis on continuity and always offer the patient the opportunity to return if needed. IBH is not a form of therapy but a way of organizing the primary healthcare center's work with mental and behavior-related ill health. Integrating behavioral health into primary care centers is a way of organizing care that leaves room for several different forms of therapy (e.g., CBT, FACT, MI, self-compassion, etc.). We now want to strengthen the team with a PTP psychologist who wants to help us deliver high-quality care. With us, you will have a positive and developmental workplace with a strong focus on the patient. We are looking for someone with commitment and passion for quality in care. You see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work climate and believe that treatment of patients and colleagues is important.

Responsibilities: You will mainly work with psychological assessment and treatment of adults with unhealthy stress, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, and crisis. It may also involve children and adolescents, although this is not a specific focus for us. At the primary healthcare center, you work in close collaboration with other professional categories regarding the patients. There is also close collaboration between the psychologists at all of Familjeläkarna's primary healthcare centers. Training is provided every semester and weekly collegial supervision, in addition to PTP supervision. The work requires integrity and independence in patient work as well as flexibility. To thrive and function in the job, you need to be proactive and self-initiating, as well as possess good collaboration skills.

Qualifications: Psychology degree with basic psychotherapy training within CBT. Experience from primary care is desirable. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled during the recruitment process, so please send your thoughtful application as soon as possible!

Start date: Late summer/Autumn 2026.

Application deadline: June 29, 2026.
