Nursing Assistant/Assistant Nurse for OR and Reception – StarrMedica Uppsala

We are looking for a nursing assistant or assistant nurse for combined duties in the operating room/sterile department as well as in the reception area at StarrMedica Eye Clinic.
StarrMedica operates within eye care at Läkarhuset in central Uppsala. In addition to the eye clinic, our focus is on cataract surgery, where we currently perform the highest number of operations in Uppsala with outstanding results and few complications.
We need a nursing assistant/assistant nurse who can assist during surgeries and handle sterile instrument management, but who can also work in the reception and assist with patient intake. The work is varied, and tasks and workload may fluctuate. This requires you to be flexible and a team player.
Experience in operating room/sterile work and previous experience with the medical record system Cosmic is advantageous, but we value personal qualities the most.
The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
The position is 80-100%, start date to be agreed upon.
