VårdIX Staffing is now seeking registered nurses for an exciting consulting assignment within Specialized Housing for the Elderly (SÄBO) in Uppsala Municipality. About the Assignment

As a consultant, you will perform standard duties as a registered nurse in specialized housing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Medical assessments and nursing care responsibility.
• Medication management and delegation.
• Care planning and follow-up.
• Documentation according to current guidelines.
• Collaboration with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, physicians, and relatives.
• Mentoring and support for nursing staff.

Placement will be at one of the following care and support residences:

• Lundgården
• Dalbyhemmet
• Bernadotte
• Höganäs

Assignment Details

• Location: Uppsala
• Assignment Period: 2026-08-13 – 2026-11-29
• Hours: 80–90 %
• Working Hours: Daytime, mainly between 07:00–16:00
• Weekend Work: Possible
• Extension Possibility: Yes, up to 12 months.

• Is a registered nurse.
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional attitude towards patients.
• Works independently and takes responsibility for patient safety.
• Adopts a person-centered approach.

Previous experience from municipal healthcare or specialized housing is advantageous.
