Where you will work:
Forenede Care Liljefors Torg 4 opened in the summer of 2012 and is a nursing home for 70 people with different needs for care and support: nursing, dementia, and social psychiatry. Here, the meeting between people is the most important, always with the individual in focus. We work with person-centered care where everything we do is based on each individual care recipient's specific wishes and needs. Liljeforstorg has also been Silviahemscertified since 2016.
The role of Group Leader making a difference
You plan, lead, and supervise nursing staff and are responsible for staffing and scheduling. The working routines for the Group Leader also include actively participating in nursing work for quality assurance and supervision purposes. You have an overall responsibility that we work according to the current Social Services Act and current routines. You have development talks with the staff you lead and are also responsible for some staff meetings. The position includes quality, work environment, and environmental management work, and you are offered training in the quality management system.
You report directly to the Operations Manager and are expected to be an active and contributing part of the operation's management group.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who are passionate about working in elderly care and who want to contribute daily to creating a meaningful existence for our elderly. You are customer-oriented, service-focused, and have a creative approach to your work. You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and are pedagogical in your supervision. You have a flexible working style and the ability to work result-oriented, develop operations, and see the whole picture. As a person, you are independent and receptive and contribute with a positive spirit in the work team. To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important that you have a natural ability to build relationships and that you are a team player.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities, such as high social competence and the ability to lead and collaborate with both the client, residents, relatives, and employees.
At Forenede Care, it is important that our leaders are good at listening, humble, and empathetic.
You as a Group Leader should have the following qualifications and experiences
We require:
- Certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nurse assistant.
- At least two years of experience successfully leading employees and teams.
- Good knowledge and experience of working and reporting in various support systems, e.g., journal, planning, and payroll systems.
If you proceed in the process, we will request certificates for the above-mentioned education.
Before we offer employment, you must show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example, a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
Meritorious
It is meritorious if you have education in leadership or experience of leading and experience of operations run in private management as well as knowledge within HSL (Health and Medical Services Act).
You are a nurse assistant with experience from dementia, somatic, and geriatric care. Good knowledge of documentation according to SoL (Social Services Act).
