As a candidate in our pipeline, you may be considered for both consulting assignments and permanent recruitment with our clients – ranging from major banks and insurance companies to niche financial players and fintech firms.

You have the opportunity to influence which direction you want to work in – banking, finance, or insurance – as well as what types of roles interest you.

Depending on the assignment and role, responsibilities may include:

• Customer advisory within banking or insurance
• Credit assessments and loan processing
• Claims handling and investigations
• Analysis of financial data and markets
• AML/KYC investigations and regulatory compliance work
• Reporting and follow-up within finance and controlling
• Asset management and portfolio analysis
• Administration and support within financial and banking operations

We are looking for both those who have experience within banking, finance, or insurance – and those who want to take their first step into the industry.

We would like you to:

• Have relevant education in economics, finance, law, or equivalent
• Have experience from, for example, banking, insurance, customer service, or administration (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Be meticulous, responsible, and have strong self-drive
• Have an interest in financial products, regulations, or customer advisory
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
