Job Description
Are you interested in a role starting in June?
Are you a skilled communicator driven by turning customer challenges into smooth solutions? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where a service mindset is combined with pace and efficiency? At Randstad, we are now looking for dedicated employees for our customer support at DSV – one of the world's leading players in transport and logistics.
We are looking for you who are a natural communicator and enjoy working at a high pace without compromising on quality. You have a strong ability to collaborate and understand the importance of being both attentive and accessible to meet customer expectations.
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company and a crucial link between DSV and their customers, who are both private individuals and corporate clients. You are responsible for handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, acting as the customer's first point of contact. The assignment involves navigating through questions regarding everything from shipment status and bookings to complaints and logistical flows, with professionalism and attentiveness.
Your focus is on delivering high-quality support, ensuring that every customer feels prioritized and well-treated. By combining your administrative skills with a solution-oriented attitude, you contribute to maintaining and strengthening DSV's strong customer relationships.
Working hours follow DSV's opening hours, Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00.
The assignment starts immediately and runs until the end of September. For the right person, there is an opportunity for extension.
As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work at our client's site. We offer collective agreements, wellness benefits, occupational health care, and insurance. You also receive discounts on gym memberships and opportunities to broaden your skills through varied assignments. We offer a supportive work environment where you develop and build a strong CV.
