At Derome Bygg & Industri, you will work in a role where your competence and engagement truly make a difference – both for our customers and for the team around you.

We are now looking to join our team of specialist salespeople, which currently consists of seven people spread across several locations focusing on doors and windows, plus one additional inside salesperson focusing on doors. Our focus is primarily on doors for public environments, e.g., nursing homes, preschools, schools, and prisons, but larger residential projects also occur.

As an inside salesperson, you are a key person in our business. You work closely with customers, colleagues, and suppliers and are responsible for driving incoming inquiries all the way to a completed deal. The role suits you if you thrive in a varied daily routine where you get to combine analysis, service, and business sense.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Take responsibility for the entire quotation process – from inquiry to profitable business.
• Ensure that our quotations maintain high quality, correct pricing, and are delivered on time to our customers and colleagues.
• Review drawing documentation, analyze quotations from our suppliers, and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Perform quantity calculations and order management to some extent.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Stay updated on products, regulations, and working methods within the field.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A structured approach to work and the ability to prioritize in everyday life.
• A business-minded mindset and a genuine interest in customer relationships.
• The ability to take responsibility, drive your work forward, and find solutions.
• Good administrative skills and experience working within Windows 365.
• Knowledge of reading drawings and building products is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience with, or interest in, doors, windows, and fittings is an advantage.
• The ability to work independently, but still as part of a team, as we are spread across several locations.

The workplace for this role is envisioned to be at one of our facilities in the region around Gothenburg, Borås, or Varberg.
