Job Description

We are looking for sales staff with a strong interest in shoes, fashion, and trends. We offer you a varied, customer-focused, and challenging job. You will work in our store with shoe sales, visual merchandising, and stock management. We have a modern and pleasant store environment. The job involves both enjoying teamwork with your colleagues and working independently. With a willingness to learn and develop, we can offer an exciting and content-rich job where no two days are alike.

Your primary task is to always keep the customer in focus. You will also actively work with upselling, stay updated on current sales campaigns and follow up on these, maintain the store environment, and strive for and work towards 100% customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

You have a current or completed upper secondary education. You have previous experience of retail sales with a high level of service; you are driven by and enjoy selling and working according to set key figures and goals. You always put the customer first and work in a service-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who is positive, receptive, and stress-resistant. Being engaged, driven, and accustomed to taking initiative are other important qualities we seek. You take responsibility for your tasks and your role as a salesperson. You are social, open, and work both customer-oriented and sales-focused.

We are looking for someone who

• has cash register experience
• has previous experience working in a store
• has a current or completed upper secondary education
• has turned 18 when starting the position
• has good teamwork skills

We consider it an advantage if you have

• visual merchandising skills from previous work
• experience working with fashion/retail previously
• completed sales training

Position: We are now looking for a salesperson for Skopunkten, Trollhättan Överby

Scope: 10 hours/week, permanent.

Start date: 2026-08-10
