Responsibilities
As a Staffing Planner, you will work with recruiting, administering, and appointing hourly substitutes for the operations. We currently use the systems Self-service and Time Care Pool. In your role, you will have many contact points and collaborate with operations and hourly substitutes. The role includes leading information meetings and training in the staffing system Time Care Pool. Your ability to be flexible and build relationships is therefore highly valued, as is your ability to speak in front of larger groups and represent the substitute unit.
You work on long-term improvement work for good staff supply and appointment based on staffing needs. You are also available as support for our substitutes in work-related matters. In your role, you are the face of the administration and work to promote the City of Mölndal's employer brand.
The staffing work is being developed to become more digitized and system-based, which is why we want you to have an interest and knowledge of working in different computer systems. You will have an important function in driving and developing solutions for the whole of the City of Mölndal. It is therefore important that you contribute positive energy to the team and enjoy working in a changing development environment.
Working hours for the position vary between 06:15-16:30. We offer flexible working hours that can be arranged in consultation with colleagues as the operations are staffed every day. The role includes authorization administration and user support.
Qualifications and Merits
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in personnel and payroll or other administrative vocational education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. We would like you to have experience of staffing planning and work in the booking system Time Care Pool. It is a great advantage if you have good system knowledge, preferably from Time Care Pool.
Desirable is also experience from service, staffing and recruitment work and that you are well acquainted with municipal agreements.
To thrive in the role as a Staffing Planner, you should be service-oriented, communicative, flexible, proactive and egalitarian. We assume that you are structured and independent as you will be responsible for your own assignments. As a person, you like to work from the organization's goals and collaborate in a group.
We want you to have good communicative and documentation skills by expressing yourself well in the Swedish language both orally and in writing. Of course, you maintain a high service level, are trust-building and meet other people with great respect, regardless of function. Since there is sometimes high pressure in the operations, it is important that you have the ability to prioritize and organize.
We want you to be administratively competent, careful and show very good data skills and the ability to analyze and see the whole picture. We want you to have very good knowledge of the Office package, especially Word and Excel.
You enjoy learning new things and work in a careful and structured way, seeing a challenge in developing the organization's routines.
About the Position
Employment type: Permanent.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-08-18 Start date according to agreement.
