We are now looking for a nursing assistant for a night shift position at 85% at Smedbyhof in Upplands Väsby.
Job Responsibilities

In the role of nursing assistant, you and your colleagues plan the workday based on the residents' individual needs and wishes. Creating a sense of home and a meaningful everyday life for the residents are important parts of the work.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title and who have experience working nights in elderly care. We place great emphasis on approach, communication, and contact person management; therefore, it is very important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
All our documentation takes place in the journal system Safe Doc. In the autumn, we will move into Welfare and document according to IBIC, so good computer skills/computer experience are therefore necessary.
We are looking for you who have experience with night work, who are secure in your role and skilled in care. You maintain calm in stressful situations and can prioritize. You are used to having an adapted approach to those you care for, you are always respectful, and understand that the elderly have self-determination and need to be involved.
Furthermore, you understand the importance of following our routines and guidelines and place great emphasis on doing a good job. You have a genuine interest in making a difference and doing the ordinary extraordinarily well.
We preferably seek female applicants as our residents request help from women.
