Sociallux is looking for treatment assistants. We are hiring both permanent staff (probation period applies) and hourly employees.

We are currently seeking treatment assistants for our Residential Care Homes (HVB) in Stockholm.

About the role

You will work closely with young people in their daily lives and play a key role in creating safety, structure, and development.

The role requires presence, clarity, and the ability to remain steady even in challenging situations.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create structure and safety in daily life
• Work relationally and motivationally
• Conduct treatment work
• Document according to current regulations
• Collaborate with social services and other stakeholders
• Actively contribute to a professional and stable environment

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who doesn't just want to "work at a residential home" – but who understands the mission. You are self-assured, clear in your approach, and able to combine warmth with boundary-setting.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education (treatment pedagogy, social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or equivalent education is required)
• Has experience working with children and young people, preferably within Residential Care Homes (HVB) and/or State Institutional Care (SIS)
• Is structured, responsible, and professional
• Has good collaboration skills but can also work independently
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Working hours: day, evening, night, and weekends

A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority showing no criminal record for Residential Care Homes is required

Start date: according to agreement
