You will step into an organization where the management is in a continuous state of change and development. The focus of the role is to provide a group of 15 managers with inspiration, knowledge, and concrete insights into which key competencies make the biggest difference in modern leadership and how they can be practiced in real life.

The assignment revolves around sustainable leadership in change, clear goal-oriented steering, and the ability to stop spending time on things that do not create value. You will have a clear opportunity to influence through a setup that combines reflection, energy, and practically usable perspectives for the managers' daily work. This is a role for you who wants to make a quick impact in a context where the right leadership effort yields direct results.

• You plan and execute a targeted development initiative for a group of managers, focusing on leadership in change.
• You translate leadership knowledge into inspiration, insights, and concrete working methods that are relevant to the managers' daily work.
• You help the group train sustainable leadership and strengthen the ability to steer towards goals.
• You facilitate dialogue and reflection on how the organization can prioritize better and stop doing things that do not create value.
• You ensure that any material produced within the assignment meets accessibility requirements according to the DOS Act (Swedish Accessibility Directive for Digital Public Services).

• You have extensive experience in executive team development.
• You have a university degree in behavioral sciences.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• If you produce documents for the assignment, they must be accessible according to the DOS Act.

• You have your own management experience, preferably from both the private and public sectors.
