We are now welcoming two administrators, one of whom will work focused on Advanced Home Care (ASIH) and the other focused on the palliative care ward.
About the Operations
The palliative care ward and ASIH in Ystad are organizationally part of the Administration for Close Care and Health, within the area of mobile teams and specialized palliative care in southeastern Scania. We offer specialized palliative care with the aim of relieving symptoms and preventing suffering in connection with incurable or chronic illness.
The operations in Ystad is a unit consisting of teams with nurses, assistant nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, pharmacists, doctors, medical secretaries, hospital chaplains, psychologists, and unit managers. We constantly work to develop and strengthen teamwork to create an attractive workplace. Each employee contributes with their specific competencies where our joint efforts make a big difference for patients and relatives.

Job Description
We offer you a developing job where you become part of our cross-professional team. As executive support for us, you will have a varied and independent job with varying pace. You are an administrative support to the unit manager, with a coordinating role and have a good overview of the operations. Here you will work with varied tasks that require both structure and flexibility.
The role includes, among other things, work with staffing, scheduling, and administration in the HR Portal (HRfönster). To succeed in the assignment, it is important that you have a holistic perspective and value continuity in the employees' schedules. You also handle employment contracts, payroll administration, and permissions, and contribute to the introduction of new employees.
You are responsible for administration regarding absence and leave, and may also work with invoicing and orders. Furthermore, you plan staffing and handle personnel vacancies for all personnel categories within the unit. You function as an administrative support in the daily operations and contribute to various processes that arise continuously.
Furthermore, you are an important support for our employees in matters within your area of responsibility. As the hub in the network, you are a central part of the team that makes everything flow. The role suits you who like order and structure, have good planning skills, and enjoy having many contact surfaces.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have completed and approved upper secondary education and have at least two years of experience in personnel administrative work, such as payroll administration, scheduling, and staffing. For the position, it is required that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
It is meritorious if you have medical secretary education or other administrative education at post-secondary level that the employer considers relevant for the position.
Alternatively, if you are an assistant nurse and meet the Socialstyrelsen's requirements for a protected professional title regardless of whether you studied according to the previous or current program structure, and have experience of similar tasks as the position concerns, it is meritorious. Furthermore, we would like you to have a couple of years of experience working in healthcare, along with knowledge of systems used by Region Skåne, such as HR Portal.

In addition, you have the ability to plan and work flexibly, both in a team and independently, and can relate to a changing everyday life.
