About the RoleYou will step into a central role where you will help strengthen the quality in a sophisticated production environment within the defense industry. Here, you work closely with production and other key functions to ensure high product quality, develop working methods, and create long-term improvements in the business.

Responsibilities- You lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in production.
- You plan and conduct analyses such as FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses.
- You ensure product quality and drive work with quality assurance methods and activities.
- You investigate deviations, follow up on root causes, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented and effective.
- You drive quality issues in various forums and collaborate closely with several functions in the business.
- You contribute to developing quality processes, working methods, and a strong culture of continuous improvement.
- At least 3 years of experience in the role of Quality Engineer or similar quality-related function in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in quality and improvement work in a production environment.
- Experience in planning and conducting FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses.
- Experience in deviation management, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Good ability to drive quality issues and collaborate with different functions within the business.
- Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).
