• You lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in production.
• You plan and conduct analyses such as FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses.
• You ensure product quality and drive work with quality assurance methods and activities.
• You investigate deviations, follow up on root causes, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented and effective.
• You drive quality issues in various forums and collaborate closely with several functions in the business.
• You contribute to developing quality processes, working methods, and a strong culture of continuous improvement.

• At least 3 years of experience in the role of Quality Engineer or similar quality-related function in manufacturing industry.
• Experience in quality and improvement work in a production environment.
• Experience in planning and conducting FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses.
• Experience in deviation management, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Good ability to drive quality issues and collaborate with different functions within the business.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted).
